Our Team is only humans who can also make mistakes But because the packing team and online shop admin are different, all truth will be VALIDATION via VIDEO,
Requirements for returning money/goods are as follows:
– The unboxing process is clear in a sealed package (not accepting repackaged)
– During unboxing it clearly shows the process of opening the package until the goods are released without any closing until the package is empty (only the package box remains)

If the unboxing video is not available, or the video does not meet the requirements then I’m sorry even if the seller is wrong/not enough or enters the wrong product, the return process cannot be processed/not accepted.
