Using Instruction:
Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using:

Step 1: Coarse sharpening, suit to dull knives.
-Place knives on diamond wheel, using slight downward pressure, run the knife from its heel to its point though the slot. Repeat 3 to 5 times in one direction only.

Step 2: Fine honing, it is a necessary step to eliminate the blurrs on the knife and polish it.

Step 3: Ceramic knives : for plating and sharpening. Place Ceramic knife on the V-slot using slight downward pressure, run the knife from its heel to its point through the slot. Repeat 3 to 5 times in one direction only.

Always clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush after every use. Easy to remove for easy cleaning.

Note: This knife sharpener can not be used for serrated knife and scissors.
